AI-Powered Suggested Replies Now Available for Eligible Merchants in Shopify Inbox
Shopify has launched a new Suggested Replies feature in Inbox, which uses the power of AI to improve customer service efficiency. This is a new tool that was designed to auto-create reply suggestions when a shopper messages your store and pulls from information already in your store, including product descriptions, FAQs, and previous interactions. It should present a response very quickly, relevant to what the customer has asked, and can be sent just like that or edited for better clarity around the customer's question.

By default, Suggested Replies are turned on for eligible merchants, which will give you instant access to help in time-saved.
