To improve workflows for managing orders, including returns, Flow has released additional tools. These enhancements feature ready-to-use templates for frequently occurring circumstances, a new action to cancel returns, and extra triggers for different return statuses.

Expanding upon the current refund-created trigger, the subsequent new triggers have been incorporated to provide an expanded array of return-related activities: The following scenarios could occur: Return approved, Return cancelledReturn closedReturn declinedReturn reopened, and Return requested.
Effective management of returns is made possible by a new Cancel return action, especially when customers choose not to return the merchandise.

New templates have been developed to help automate return procedures. These templates include:
After a return, release the exchanged things. closure: After a return is closed, automatically check to see whether there is still money owed on an order.
Cancel inactive returns: Any return that isn't refunded or refilled after a predetermined amount of time will be automatically cancelled.
Notifications via Slack for return requests: Get alerts on Slack when a customer opens a refund request, and you can personalize the notifications.
